Stryv Co is a Singapore-based eCommerce brand.

As a digitally native brand, Stryv Co relies heavily on performance marketing to drive online sales and scale efficiently within Singapore’s competitive beauty and lifestyle market.

The Challenge

Stryv was performing well on Facebook but struggled to scale profitably on Google Ads.

Despite consistent effort, increasing spend on Google did not translate into sustainable returns.

What We Did

#1: Rebuilding Campaign Structure

We restructured the account to improve segmentation, traffic control, and search intent alignment.

Keywords were reorganised into tighter campaigns and ad groups, while non-performing terms were removed to cut waste.

#2: Strengthening Signal Quality

We introduced Customer Lists to help Google better identify high-value customers.

This improved targeting, sharpened optimisation, and allowed bidding to focus more on profitability.

#3: Scaling with Performance Max

After stabilising the foundation, we launched Performance Max with proven creatives.

With stronger signals and a cleaner structure, scaling became more efficient and intentional.
